Renovation of the Fred Aubert Stadium

Saint-Brieuc (22), Côtes-d'Armor

Project description

The project is part of a comprehensive strategy to reclaim the socially disadvantaged areas of the municipality of Saint-Brieuc. Indeed, straddling two priority neighborhoods of the city, the project aims to become the epicenter of a revitalization of these territories and a renewed attractiveness.

The Fred Aubert stadium is the convergence point for populations from all backgrounds, which gives it a leading socio-educational role.

The tremendous wave of popular enthusiasm surrounding the Stade Briochin's epic journey in the Coupe de France fostered a process of identification among the inhabitants: a pride.

In order to extend this positive momentum, we wanted to make this pride visible through the Fred Aubert Stadium Renovation project.

The project thus proposes to create a landmark within the neighborhood. It then constitutes a wayfinding element within it.
