Sports Facility

Charles Péguy Stadium in Colombes

Colombes (92), Hauts-de-Seine

Project description

Faced with successive exemptions granted by the French Football Federation for the use of the changing rooms, the team's promotion to National (N4 level), as well as the dilapidated state of the facilities and the lack of available space, the City finds itself compelled to demolish and then rebuild the Colette Besson changing rooms at Charles-Péguy stadium, directly on their current location.

The project therefore includes the complete demolition of the existing premises, their reconstruction, as well as a redesigned interior redistribution. Two new stands of 150 seats each will also complement the ensemble. The overall insulation of the building will be executed from the exterior.

The City of Colombes wishes, through this project, to optimize its sports facilities, particularly on the Charles-Péguy stadium site. Built in the 1970s and modified over time according to needs, this complex has now become an outdated facility, no longer meeting the expectations of a city in full transformation, both in terms of capacity and quality.

The municipal ambition is therefore to provide the territory with a modern facility, compliant with regulatory requirements and adapted to current and future uses, while controlling investment and operating costs.
